Murray was born not from a plan, but from a feeling-like those moments in life that simply feel right.
It all began at the family table, where the aromas of Lebanon have always been a language of love and connection. There, amidst the laughter, the spices, and the warmth, the idea emerged to create a place that carries that same sense of home.
A place where every guest is welcomed as a friend, and every bite holds a piece of Lebanon.
The Heart of Sofia
In 2024, we brought the true essence of Lebanon to Sofia - not simply as a concept, but as a feeling. We wanted to create a place where food is more than a meal: it is a celebration of life, sharing, and community.
At Murray, we preserve the flavors we grew up with - the recipes, spices, and tradition of gathering around one table. We bring them to Sofia with respect for Lebanese heritage, while adding our own character and perspective.
The result is an experience that stays true to its roots while feeling naturally at home in contemporary Sofia.
